Terms & Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations made over 4 weeks before the start date will receive a full refund.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 weeks of the start date, unless the spot is filled from a waiting list.

    • Bookings can be transferred to another child if needed, prior to the start of the term.

  • Session Cancellations:

    • If I cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency, extreme weather), the term may be extended to make up for the missed class, or you may receive a credit for future bookings or a refund for the missed session.

  • Class Cancellations:

    • I do my best to run all scheduled classes; however, a minimum number of attendees is often required for a class to proceed. If a class needs to be cancelled due to low enrolment, you will be notified via email and refunded in full.

Liability

  • The studio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings while on the property.

Media and Privacy

  • Photos and videos may be taken for records and marketing. These include publications, electronic media, print media, and other promotional material. I aim to not include children’s faces, and for the most part children’s faces will be blurred. On the occasion when the child’s face is visible, I will request consent via email. If you do not wish for your child to appear in any media, please inform me at the start of the term via email.

Payment and Discounts

  • Payment is due upon booking to secure your child’s place.

  • Discounts:

    • A 5% discount is available for bookings made before January 1st.

    • A 10% sibling discount applies to families booking two or more children.

Safety and Behavior

  • The safety and well-being of all participants are my priority. Any behavior that compromises the safety of others will be addressed promptly.

By booking a class or workshop, you agree to the above Policies and Terms & Conditions. If you have questions or require clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
